We deliver to all London postcodes. North South East and West London. If you require a delivery to go to an area outside of London please contact our Customer service on 02038770995 

Depending on the order please call the office to inquire about an address change

Do bear in mind the estimated delivery days are 1-3 days. But if you haven’t received your order within the estimated time please give the office a ring and they would assist you. 02038770995

At Oxdrinks, we work extremely hard to minimum issues and complaints from our customers but at the end of the day, there’s always going to be human error. If part of your order is missing we do apologise, ring the office we will be able to sort it for you. We only replace goods damaged through the delivery process. 

For security purposes, we do recommend the customer to be present so they sign for the delivery but if the customer is unable to accept the order for any reasons we advise to ring in advance and let us know. However, the person that collects the order on the customer’s behalf has to be 18+ and requires ID.
